Evangelos Kourentzis is the founder — a chartered mechanical engineer with over two decades working as a stress analyst, quality manager, and lead planner on defence, nuclear, offshore wind, transmission and infrastructure programmes. He has built and run schedules at every scale, from a few dozen activities to over a hundred thousand. He spent three years as the AS9100 quality management system lead auditor for a UK engineering consultancy’s aerospace work, and that is where the worldview comes from: projects are processes with constraints, not lists of tasks with dates.
