Partners
Work with us, your way.
You might want hands-on planning support, help getting your team ready for the era of AI, or access to our tools and methods. You might simply know someone we could help. Whichever it is, we'd like to hear from you.
Three ways to work together
-
Engage us
Bring us in as consultants. We advise, we get hands-on, and we leave your team stronger.
-
Partner with us
Use our tools and methods in your own work, tailored to your firm. Partnering is by invitation and under NDA, and we're welcoming a small group of founding partners.
-
Introduce us
Know a project or a team that could use our help? We'd welcome the introduction, and we'll treat it with care.
How partnering works
-
Conversation
We start by talking through what you do and what you need.
-
NDA
If there's a fit, we put a mutual NDA in place before either side shares anything in detail.
-
Scope & terms
We agree what we will tailor to your work and sector. Terms are discussed individually, to suit both sides.
-
Access & support
You get access to what we've agreed, and we support you as you put it to use.
What you can expect
- Direct contact with the people who do the work and build the tools.
- An approach tailored to you, not an off-the-shelf package.
- Confidentiality both ways, under a mutual NDA.
- Tools that keep developing, shaped by real project work.
- Honest advice, including when we're not the right fit.
- Planners stay in charge. Our tools and methods support their judgement; they don't replace it.
Questions
Do I need to sign an NDA?
Only to use our tools and methods. We put a mutual NDA in place before we go into detail, so both sides are protected. You don't need one to start a conversation or to introduce someone to us.
What does it cost, and what are the terms?
Every partnership is different, so terms are discussed individually, once we understand what you need.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. We work on site in the UK and remotely with partners anywhere in the world.
Who is partnering for?
Organisations and teams that plan and deliver projects, and want better tools and methods for that work. We're starting with a small group of founding partners. If you're not sure it fits, ask us.
What tools are available?
Our flagship tool is LogicReader. It helps planners turn what the team knows into a clear, logic-linked schedule (see logicreader.io). We also offer connected project knowledge: helping teams organise their documents, methods and records around the programme, so the right, current information is easy to find. More tools are in development, and we share the detail once an NDA is in place.
