Not taking payments yet. We are finalising the commercial licence for the visualisation engine the canvas runs on, and we will not charge before it is in place. Subscribe opens before the end of 2026. Until then LR-Plus is reached through a free pilot — see below.

When can I pay?
Before the end of 2026. We are buying the commercial licence for the visualisation engine first, and we will not take money before it is in place. Nothing about the free tier changes when that happens — it is not a trial that runs out.
What do I get for free, permanently?
Your own account and your own database, opened by registering an email address. Import from P6 (XER) and CSV. The full activity table and Gantt. Editing of durations, progress, logic and new activities. Revision comparison and the Logic Health Score. What free does not include is the network canvas, export back out to Primavera format, and the pop-out window.
Do you offer pilots?
Yes, and the pilot is always free. It is fourteen days of the complete product, canvas and export included, unlocked either by a code we show at a live demonstration or by an invitation from someone who already has a licence. When it ends nothing is taken away — you keep every schedule you built and drop back to the free tier, and the next demonstration can start you again. Email evangeloskourentzis@cosmospm.com.
Do you offer consultancy as well as the software?
Yes. CosmosPM does logic-health audits, workshop facilitation and bid-programme support, delivered using LogicReader, at a day rate or a project rate agreed in advance. Many clients start there and take the licence afterwards, so the work carries on inside their own team. Talk to us →
On-premises / inside the firewall?
A Java JAR with an embedded server is on the roadmap, for teams whose schedules may not leave their own network. It works behind Zscaler and other corporate filters. It is not a separate tier or a separate price — it is the same product, delivered differently. Talk to us for timeline.
Where does my data go?
Short answer: nowhere it doesn’t have to. Schedules you upload live on a UK-hosted server behind authentication, with TLS in transit and encryption at rest. You can delete them at any time. The planned inside-the-firewall delivery runs entirely inside your perimeter, so data never leaves your network.
We never: train AI on your data (ever — not aggregated, not “anonymised”); sell, license, distribute, or syndicate your schedules to any third party; share data with affiliates or marketing networks; benchmark your projects against other customers’; produce industry reports drawn from customer data; use your data for any purpose other than running LogicReader for you.
Sub-processors who can ever see schedule data: Hostinger (UK hosting, DPA on file) and Anthropic (only when YOU click an AI feature, only the slice needed, DPA on file; does not train on API data per their published terms). Nothing else. Read our full data & trust commitments →
